The community are warmly invited to attend the South Shepparton Community Centres 'Annual General Meeting' for 2026!You must be a member of the centre to have voting rights, so please contact us or drop into the centre if you want to become a member in time for the meeting.
The ordinary business of the AGM is as follows:
- Confirming the minutes from the last AGM
- Presentation of the centre’s annual report and financial statements of the Association for the last financial year
- Election of the Committee of Management
- Confirm/vary the amount of the membership fee.
All members are encouraged to attend, with light refreshments provided.
