Complete a health screening and receive a gift card while supplies last, with one gift card per eligible participant. Medicare Part D Open Enrollment evaluations are also free. Food is part of the day too. We’ll have free groceries, 800 frozen meals, and diapers while supplies last, so bring a bag or cart if you have one. Kids can enjoy the kids zone, and there will be raffles.
Community partners on site will share additional resources and services.
