About this Event
HIRING? MEET YOUR NEXT GREAT EMPLOYEE.
Reserve Your Company’s Exhibit Space at the South Florida Career Fair
Your next great employee could be one conversation away.
Join the Broward County Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, for the South Florida Career Fair—an opportunity to meet job seekers face-to-face, introduce your company, and build connections for current and future hiring needs.
Whether you’re filling immediate openings, expanding your team, or developing a pipeline of future talent, put your company in front of people exploring their next career move.
WHY SHOULD YOUR COMPANY EXHIBIT?
✅ MAKE PERSONAL CONNECTIONS
Go beyond the résumé. Talk directly with candidates about their experience, interests, and career goals—and introduce them to the opportunities your company offers.
✅ BUILD YOUR TALENT PIPELINE
Connect with potential employees for today’s openings and tomorrow’s growth. Collect résumés and contact information for follow-up conversations and interviews.
✅ SHOWCASE YOUR COMPANY
Share your company’s story, workplace culture, and career opportunities. Help candidates understand what makes your business a place they should consider working.
✅ MAKE BETTER USE OF YOUR RECRUITING TIME
Meet multiple candidates in one evening and identify people you want to continue speaking with after the event.
✅ EXPAND YOUR BUSINESS NETWORK
Connect with other participating employers and organizations to explore business relationships, referrals, and potential partnerships.
