Feel Safe to Be Seen: Build the Capacity to Be Seen Without Shrinking
You know what grows your business: post, pitch, go live, get on the stage. So why do you keep not doing it? It’s not discipline. Your body doesn’t feel safe being seen, so you shrink, over-prove, or disappear right when things start working. Attendees will identify their visibility pattern, learn what makes being seen sustainable rather than exhausting, and discover a shift that can help them show up as themselves and stay steady while doing it.
Jamie Kasarda

Speak Like the Authority You Are: Four Steps to Root Your Voice — So You Can Charge, Pitch, and Lead Without Shrinking
You know your business cold. So why does your voice go quiet in the moments that matter most? You soften the price, hedge the pitch, or add “just” to an ask you have every right to make. It’s not a confidence problem — it’s a pattern, and it may be costing you money and authority you’ve already earned. In this hands-on session, attendees will move through a repeatable four-step method to reconnect with their voice, rework a real message, and practice saying it out loud with authority.
Dr. Stephanie A. Sellers — Shippensburg University
Be Your Own Health Advocate
Preventing and addressing symptoms of burnout early in life is important to curtail issues later in life when they may be harder to diagnose and treat. Demands on women in the workplace and at home, along with factors related to female biology, can exacerbate these issues. This session will help women recognize these burdens, learn everyday measures to support their physical and mental health, and understand how to advocate for appropriate testing with their medical practitioners.
Erica Ragno
Selfish to Be Selfless
Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish; it’s necessary to effectively care for others, perform well at work, support your family, and contribute to your community. This interactive wellness session will provide practical strategies to manage stress, prevent burnout, improve energy and focus, and support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
