We spend so much of our lives waiting for the next milestone, the next chapter, or the moment when everything finally falls into place. But what if the beauty we've been searching for is already here? Join us for a grounding Meditative Sound Journey exploring the magic of ordinary moments, the comfort of slowing down, and the beauty of being present for the life unfolding around us.
The soothing frequencies and gentle guidance are intended to calm the nervous system, release tension, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity, gratitude, and intention-setting. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and aligned as you move into the rest of your day.
Whether you're new to meditation and sound healing or have an established practice, all are welcome. No prior experience is necessary
Simply bring an open mind, a willing heart, and whatever supports your comfort.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
Optional:
• Eye mask
• Cushion
• Blanket
• Any other items that help you feel relaxed and supported
All are welcome.
However, this event is not recommended for children under the age of 10 due to the extended stillness and meditative nature of the experience.
Come as you are and leave feeling centered, renewed, and ready to embrace the day with greater ease and intention.
