Join us for the next SAP meeting, bringing together local organisations, community groups and partnerships working to support the health and wellbeing of people living in South Abingdon.
This meeting will have a special focus on the projects recently funded through the Abingdon Caldecott Health and Wellbeing Grant.
It will be an opportunity to hear more about the projects, meet the wonderful people behind them, make connections with other partners, and explore opportunities to work together.
