This hands-on class introduces participants to the art and science of sourdough bread making. Designed for beginners and baking enthusiasts alike. The class will walk attendees through the foundational techniques of working with sourdough starter, mixing and folding dough, shaping, scoring, and baking.
Participants will leave with 50 grams of live active sourdough starter, a ready-to-bake loaf to bake at home, and a newfound confidence in artisan bread making. A sample loaf will also be provided for tasting during the class.
