Interested in learning how to make sourdough? Attend this class to understand the basics of sourdough breadmaking. Staff will guide participants through the process from mixing up the starter to shaping and proofing. Attendees will have the opportunity to mix up a jar of starter to take home.There is a $5 fee to attend this class. Limited seats! Register by October 27.
