Skill level: All levels. No sourdough experience needed, since the dough is prepped for you.
Good to know: Plan to bake your focaccia the same day or refrigerate to bake the following day for best results. Full baking instructions are included.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
7 or more days before class: full refund.
Less than 7 days before class: no refund, but you can send a friend in your place or move to a future class, as long as you let me know at least 24 hours ahead.
If I need to cancel or reschedule, you'll get a full refund or a spot in another class, whichever you prefer.
