Come learn the art of sourdough at The Good Wax Studio!!! Taught by Lori with Little Owl Sourdough!
This is not just any sourdough but the long fermented, good for your digestion kind our ancestors used to make!!
The long fermentation allows the gluten and phytic acid to break down, making it easier for the body to digest while also helping the body to absorb key nutrients like magnesium, iron and zinc!
This process also lowers the glycemic index, assisting in blood sugar management!
The prebiotics that naturally occur in sourdough contribute to a healthy gut microbiome !
My technique is easy to follow and my starter is low maintenence!
Class will include : feeding your starter, mixing a loaf of dough AND shaping and scoring!! Along with all my tips about inclusions !!!
I've been teaching for over a year now and have fantastic feedback and success from past students, let me help you start your sourdough journey and have a little fun along the way!
These classes will max out at 8 students so reserve your spot today !!!
