Co-written by the organizers themselves, Soup Throwers and Super Gluers: Inside Europe's Climate Uprising tells the inside story of the rise of the Last Generation climate movements across Europe and takes you behind the scenes of hunger strikes, motorway blockades, stage and pitch invasions, and media storms: the late-night planning sessions, the internal debates, the moments of doubt, and the decisions that shaped some of the most audacious climate actions of recent years.
This is an opportunity to hear, straight from the people who did it, why they chose disruption over petitions and what it actually takes to move a movement from outrage to strategy.
Co-authors Carla Hinrichs, Henning Jeschke, Chloé Bertini, and Thibaut Cantet will read from the book, reflect on what worked and what they'd do differently, and open the floor to the room. Books available for signing after.
