🍲After raising almost $1500 together lastyear, I am so excited to announce that SOUP KITCHEN is back this fall! SOUP KITCHEN is a series of community dinners designed to provide mutuaI aid on multiple levels! From enjoying nourishing meals with others to sending funds throughout the event to sharing the love afterwards - at every step of the process, there's a way to give back. I truly believe that mutual aid should be as easy, communal, and comforting as sharing a bowl of soup is!🍲
🎟️100% OF TICKET SALES go towards the fund that the winning chef is representing! Sliding scale tickets start at $10. EBT card holders, elders, + children free! Limited tickets available at door! We're less than a month away from the first dinner (September 6) and then we'll be back at @resource_mpls for two more dinners (October 4 and November 1)! Doors open at 5 pm, soup is served at 5:30, and winners are announced at 7 pm.
