Life can feel overwhelming at times, and many people in our community are looking for a safe space where they can simply pause, connect and feel supported.
Soup for the Soul is a relaxed community gathering hosted by FikaWelie, where people can come together over a warm bowl of soup, good conversation and gentle wellbeing support.
This is not a formal workshop. It is a welcoming space where you can slow down, meet others, and take a moment for yourself.
At the session you can expect
