Come for the sound, stay for the soup. 🍲
Join us at Fugue Gallery for an afternoon of slowing down, tuning in, and connecting with community!
We’ll begin with a 1 hour and 15 minute sound meditation led by Maria Serrano (Chef & Sound Practitioner) and Lindsay Monal (Sound Practitioner). Settle into a cozy space, get comfortable, and let the sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes guide you into a state of rest and relaxation. All the props you need for the meditation will be provided, so just bring yourself!
After our sound journey, we’ll gather around a warm bowl of soup to share a meal, meet new people, and enjoy the sweet magic of being together with good company.
Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or brand new to sound, come as you are. This is an invitation to take a pause from the hustle of everyday life, nourish yourself from the inside out, and spend an afternoon with likeminded people in a beautiful, creative, gallery space.

Info: Maria & Lindsay will be guiding the sound meditation together to create a truly immersive experience for your senses! Blending Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Shruti Box & more, you'll settle in and practice deep listening with guidance from two experienced teachers and facilitators.

Info: Before she started facilitating sound meditations, Maria went to Culinary School! As a chef and food scientist, Maria is bringing her wealth of knowledge around food, nutrition, and nourishment to our Soup & Sound event! She'll lovingly prepare a seasonal soup for us to enjoy, which will be served right after the sound meditation. We'll eat together, chat, and connect, in the way that only food can help us do <3
