This Fresh Start Baking Club will consist of up to 10 people who will meet periodically (7 times total) over a period of 3 months to share the art of baking, share experiences, and create connections. ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS ARE WELCOME.The Club will meet from 4PM to 6PM on the following Sundays:

The club will be guided by "The Savory Baker", a baking book (provided) with recipes that are both technical and practical.
Baking is about a lot more than just desserts. Popovers bursting with blue cheese and chives or a flaky galette with corn, tomatoes, and bacon, for example. Focus on the savory side of baking and explores a multitude of flavor possibilities.
Each meeting, members will discuss a portion of the book and also taste and give/receive feedback/critique on the items they have prepared at home to bring to the club to share.
During this winter session, we are also going to add soup with the savory baking. It's optional for you to participate in the soup portion.
Cost is $95 and includes the course book ($28 value).
