About this Event
Soundularity is an organic/electronic therapeutic sound journey, cycling through multiple healing resonant frequencies in a musical context.
All instruments are tuned to 432 Hz instead of the standard 440 Hz; these are rich, penetrating frequencies that are believed to more-precisely represent the geometric and mathematic structure of the universe.
Instruments include: quartz and Himalayan singing bowls, analog and digital synthesizers, therapy harp, Native American flute, guitar, tongue drum, tuning forks and various other hand percussion.
Soundularity features sound healing techniques such as frequency toning, atmospheric drones, binaural/bilateral beats, and white noise woven into a musical, calming dreamscape.
The journey typically runs around 90 minutes plus a little bit of talking before and after.
Nothing is required from the attendee other than to breathe deeply and receive the sound with intention. Sound is a natural unifier, and it is thought that intentionally directing this sound energy to areas of the body and mind can promote healing and initiate deep states of consciousness.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat or something to lay on plus any blankets or pillows to comfort your experience!
ABOUT TOMMY:
Tommy Dill began practicing sound healing techniques on himself during a challenging chapter in his life. As a professional musician living in LA, he experienced the typical highs and lows of a 20-year run in the creative music industry. After suffering from burn-out both professionally and personally, Tommy discovered an interest in using sound to heal the body, mind and spirit using ancient techniques. After acquiring 100-hour certification in Sound Healing, Tommy's spark was re-ignited when he molded all of his prior musical knowledge with traditional sound healing methods, and Soundularity was born.
