Open your senses and soften into the embrace of the Earth in this 3-hour elemental sound immersion with cello, tibetan bowls, native flutes, dombra, voices, rattles and shamanic drums.
You’ll be guided by your intuition to choose from a selection of grounding medicinal herbs and led through a somatic tea ceremony to deepen your connection with the plant's wisdom within your body. From this grounded state, Joe and Garwyn will guide you through a shamanic sound journey where vibration and frequency weave through the liminal realms - harmonising mind, body, and spirit with the rhythms of the Earth.
