Welcome to Somatic Yoga & Sound Healing.
Join us for a rejuvenating experience. Immerse yourself in the practice of somatic yoga through gentle mindful movements and breathwork. Let the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments guide you into a state of peace and harmony.
Why sound healing?
Every part of us has its own healthy frequency when we are in optimal health.
Stress, negative thinking, emotions and invasive noise can bring us out of tune creating a sense of disharmony.
In sound healing we work with sound to bring us to balance and harmony through the soothing frequencies of the crystal bowls.
Healing means to become whole or sound in body and mind because we are energy in a state of vibration.
This will be combined with gently somatic moves and breathing to relax the body and mind to recieve the vibrations.
Somatic yoga is a practice of self awareness independent from any specific body shape and connected with the principles of elements and chakras. It gives the time and space to feel subtle sensations. Allows to be more fluid and unfold what needed in the moment.
Session in summary:
Starting with an intention and self -body awareness the practice moves to breathing and somatic movements for introspection. Finally surrender in a relaxed savasana and crystal bowl sound immersion.
to bring : a blanket to stay cosy and warm, a bottle of water.
