✨ An Evening of Sound & Stillness at SpaZeria ✨October 28th • 7:00 PM • Fort Myers
Step away from the noise of the outside world and into an evening of deep rest, resonance, and reconnection. 🌙🎶
Join Jamie Lynn of Saguaro Songs for an immersive sound healing journey featuring the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls, grounding drums, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments woven together with gentle guided meditation.
Allow the layers of sound and vibration to invite the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and your awareness to turn inward. Each journey is intentionally created to offer space for relaxation, reflection, and energetic renewal. ✨
Jamie Lynn is a certified Integrative Sound Healing Practitioner through the Sound Healing Academy, with training recognized by the International Sound Therapy Association. Her sessions blend the mystical beauty of sound with an intentional, therapeutic approach—making the experience welcoming whether this is your first sound bath or part of your regular practice.
🌿 Please bring: A yoga mat or blanket to lie on, water, and anything else that will help you feel cozy and supported.
No experience is necessary. Simply arrive as you are, settle in, and let the sound carry you. 💗
