Come join us at The Green Coterie for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Our SoundBath Sundays events are the perfect way to unwind and recharge for the week ahead. Held the last Sunday of each month.
Wrap yourself in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, shakers, and rainsticks. Let the vibrations wash over you and melt away any stress or tension.
Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to sound healing, everyone is welcome to join us for this unique experience.
Limited spaces per event!
*Sitting cushions, mats, zero gravity chairs, and eye masks are provided, with limited blankets. Feel free to bring your own pillow, blanket, masks!

- A soundbath session using crystal singing bowls and other instruments
