As the wheel turns toward the dark half of the year, the veil between worlds grows thin. Join us for a crystal sound bath at the threshold, a chance to listen for what our ancestors carried and start naming what we're ready to release before winter asks us to go inward.Haven't done a sound bath before? You'll lie down (or sit, whatever's comfortable) while crystal singing bowls fill the space with sound. There's nothing to perform and nothing you need to know going in. Your only job is to close your eyes and let the vibration do its work. Most people walk away surprised at how much lighter they feel.
Heaven-Lea, LMT/NMT and shamanic practitioner and owner of Khahik Somatics, has led this crystal sound bath series at the Gardens for three years.

Location: Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens, Punta Gorda
Cost: Donation-based, split 50/50 between Heaven-Lea and the Gardens to support community education and environmental preservation; your donation also covers same-day admission to the Gardens
All levels welcome, no experience needed
What to bring:
A mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
A towel to put under your mat, since the ground is sometimes damp
Something to cover your eyes or face if the sun gets to be too much
A water bottle
