Soundbath & Tea Ritual is a 90-minute immersive experience combining the soothing vibrations of a soundbath with a mindful tea ritual to create space for deep rest, stillness and presence.
Allow the sounds and vibrations to gently quiet the mind, soften the body and guide you into a deeper state of relaxation. There is nothing you need to achieve or figure out simply arrive as you are and give yourself permission to pause.
The journey closes with a mindful tea ritual, offering a moment to slow down, ground yourself and gently return to the present.
