An Intimate Mineral Meditation at Silver Eagle Gallery.
EVERY WEDNESDAY 6:30-7:30 pm
$20 per person- limited space. (pay at the gallery.)
Doors Close promtply at 6:45 pm. No late entries after mediation begins in order to preserve the integrity of the meditation experience. Please arrive early in order to pay and find your spot within the gallery. Thank you!
Step inside Silver Eagle Gallery and experience the world of minerals, sound, and stillness in a completely different way. Rather than a traditional sound bath, this is an immersive mineral experience. Surrounded by beautiful mineral, gemstones, and singing bowls, each session invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect through guided mediation, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, voice, curated soundscapes and silence. Each week explores a different mineral or theme.

What to Expect : No experience necessary, all are welcome. Participants may sit or lie down throughout the gallery during the experience. Chairs are provided. Optional- bring a towel, blanket, yoga mat and small pillow.

-guided mediation and sound journey
-followed by a quiet reflection time with refreshments, discussions, Q&A, and time to explore the gallery.

Tracy Waugh- extensive background in holistic healing, counseling, art and music. Channeled soundscape journey composer, mediation guide, and singer.
