Join Katy Krevsky for this unique restorative Colors of Stillness sound experience, this time immersed in the rich, grounding energy of Garnet.Deep, warm, and luminous, Garnet evokes a sense of inner strength, protection, and renewal. For this special session, you'll experience stillness in a whole new way, gently suspended in low-hanging aerial silks and surrounded by sound.
No aerial yoga experience is necessary. The silks will be low to the ground, creating a soft, cocoon-like space where you can settle in, gently sway, breathe, and let yourself be supported. Think less aerial yoga and more being wrapped in a hammock while the world around you grows quiet.
Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, immersive sound from crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, and the gentle movement of the silks, you'll be invited to soften, release tension, and settle deeply into rest.
Whether you've attended previous Colors of Stillness sessions or are joining for the first time, this is an opportunity to step away from the noise, surrender to stillness, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm.
