Sound + Sauna | A Sunday for RestAs autumn settles in and the days begin to grow shorter, we are invited to slow down, turn inward, and remember something we often forget how to do: rest.
Join Kara Markovich and The Origami House in partnership with Juniper + Co. for a deeply restorative Sunday afternoon devoted to slowing down, settling in, and simply being.
We’ll begin inside The Origami House with a guided sound immersion. Surrounded by the resonance of therapeutic sound, you’ll have space to soften your body, quiet your mind, and let yourself be held by the experience.
From there, we’ll move outdoors to Juniper + Co. for sauna and cold plunge. Move between warmth and cold, rest by the fire, settle into an Adirondack chair, or simply take your time. There is nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish.
This is an afternoon to step away from the pace of everyday life and give yourself permission to rest.
As the natural world begins its own turning inward, perhaps we can do the same.
Come rest.
Come be held.
Come as you are.
