About this Event
You show up for everyone. This afternoon, make room for you.
Join Sound Mind Health Services on World Mental Health Day for an intimate afternoon of honest conversation, meaningful connection, and a celebration of what becomes possible when women have support.
We’re celebrating four years of Sound Mind Health Services and introducing the Sound Mind Membership, a community created for women who are ready to prioritize their mental wellness while navigating the demands of everyday life.
Whether you’re leading a business, caring for your family, navigating a transition, or quietly carrying more than people realize, this gathering is an invitation to pause, connect, and remember that you deserve care, too.
An exceptional group of women is joining the conversation.
Our featured speakers bring experience across mental health, medicine, nursing, healthcare leadership, and community advocacy. They help people navigate care, lead healthcare organizations, and work to make support more accessible.
