This is not a sound bath. It’s a meditation you enter through sound.
Our Signature Sound Journey is an immersive, deeply internal experience designed to draw your attention away from the noise of the outside world and into the space within. Rather than simply listening to sound while you relax, you’ll be guided into a state of deep meditation where sound becomes the vehicle for going inward.
The journey begins with Allie, who guides you through practices that settle the nervous system, quiet mental activity, and prepare the body and attention for deep listening. Then the sound takes over.
Louie, aka Medisynth, creates the experience live in real time—layering gongs, didgeridoo, flutes, drums, and other acoustic instruments with hypnotic electronic textures, deep drones, rhythms, and experimental sound design. Nothing is pre-recorded. The sonic landscape evolves around you, drawing you deeper into stillness, presence, and expanded awareness.
The result can feel trance-like, immersive, and deeply meditative—sometimes even psychedelic in quality, without the use of substances. You may experience shifts in your sense of time, heightened awareness, vivid internal imagery, or simply a profound sense of stillness. Every experience is different.
Come without expectations. Listen deeply. Let the sound take you where it will. No meditation or yoga experience is required. Simply arrive with an open mind and a willingness to turn inward.
WHAT TO BRING
We provide mats, bolsters, blankets, and pillows. Bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable and fully supported for the journey.
TEA TIME + COMMUNITY
Tea is served before and after the journey. After the sound fades, there’s no need to rush back out into the world. Stay awhile, have some tea, linger in the space, and give yourself time to let the experience settle. Bring your favorite mug if you'd like.
