About this Event
Come unwind at Greenhouse Gardens, a thriving, pesticide-free urban farm and a lovely setting for an evening of deep relaxation.
You’ll settle in on a mat or chair and let the sound of drums, chimes, crystal singing bowls, and gongs wash over you. Sound meditation uses layered vibrations to calm your nervous system and slow your thoughts, guiding you into real rest under the quiet of the evening garden.
Reserve your spot ($30): You can pay here via Eventbrite,
Venmo at @Blucy30 with the note “Sound Bath 11/15”
Cash or Zelle are also accepted at the door.
What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle, and anything that makes you feel cozy! We have extra mats if you need one. Wear something comfortable.
Feel free to browse the farm's honor fridge before or after the session.
I hope to see you there!
