This restorative practice is especially helpful for those who struggle with sustained attention, stress-related overwhelm, and resistance to settling down and letting go. You'll rest in a comfortable and supported reclining pose and experience the loving serenade of therapeutic-grade crystal singing bowls made from an alchemy of various gemstones, elements and minerals.
Sound meditation is a wonderful way to develop mindfulness practice, as the unique sounds and vibrations of the bowls provide a sweet and enjoyable focal point for the wandering mind.
Every sound bath is unique, but all are designed to support your well-being with a sense of comfort and ease. This class is open to all levels of meditation experience.

Dr. Suzie Lee is a holistic physician, sound healing facilitator, and lifelong musician. She is the owner and founder of Heartsong Health, a holistic chiropractic practice in Alameda, California. Dr. Lee uses sound healing techniques in her clinical practice, and has been leading group sessions around the country since 2017. In the Spring of 2020, she offered 108 consecutive daily virtual sound meditations to help her local and online community navigate the challenges of the pandemic. Her sound healing offerings draw from both her clinical and artistic backgrounds to create a uniquely nourishing sound healing experience.
