Join Settle Into Stillness as we celebrate 15 years of guiding Sound Journeys around the world. Each Sound Journey is thoughtfully crafted to lead you inward and gently return you back. Resting in a comfortable, supported savasana, you’ll be immersed in a soundscape woven from handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, crystal singing bowls, voice, world percussion, strings, and more, played with skill, intention, sensitivity, and care.
At the heart of the journey lies a spacious sound bath that help you arrive, explore, and integrate. Together, we create a space where you can listen more deeply, reconnect with your inner awareness, and trust your own inner compass.
Every Sound Journey is lovingly made in the moment, shaped by the people gathered, and the collective energy. Our instruments are artisan-crafted from around the world, and our approach is rooted in decades of immersion, practice, and slow, organic growth.
All are welcome. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or sound is necessary - only a willingness to rest, listen, and receive. Website: www.settleintostillness.com

EVENT SETUP:
Settle Into Stillness is willing to offer up to two work exchange spots for students from our community to attend the event at no cost. In exchange, they would like one student to help support loading in and setting up, arriving when they arrive at 4:30p, and another student to help support in cleaning up the room afterwards and loading out. They have a lot of equipment to load in and set up and the extra helping hands is a big support for them on tours!
MARKETING and PROMOTION:
If space allows in the shala, they are willing to exchange 1-2 spots at the event for students who are willing to pass out or post flyers in appropriate spots around town to help with marketing efforts and spreading the word about this event.
If you would like to help in either effort, text Susan Reid 502 523 8020
