Sound Journey Through the Chakras in Hammocks is a deeply relaxing experience created to support balance of the mind, body, and energy.
Resting comfortably in a hammock, you will be guided through the seven chakras with gentle breathwork, simple awareness practices, and soothing sound. Each chakra will be introduced through intention and vibration, followed by the healing tones of crystal singing bowls.
As the session unfolds, the hammock allows the body to feel supported and weightless while the sounds move around you, helping you relax more deeply and turn your attention inward.
We will finish with a peaceful crystal bowl sound bath, giving you time to simply rest, receive, and integrate the experience.
No previous meditation, yoga, or sound healing experience is needed.
