Chill out & drift away with soothing frequencies & meditation for total relaxation 💚
Join us for peaceful space ✨️ a deep dive into peace. We'll begin with a selection of peaceful space essential oils, balms, aura sprays & sage ✨️ followed by a few releasing restorative floor yoga asanas to release tension through the body. We'll tune in with pranayama breathwork to calm through our body & mind. We'll then tune in with optional Ceremonial grade cacao to tune into our hearts wisdom with guided chakra energy center meditation followed by fully releasing into deep relaxation with crystal singing bowls sound journey. Releasing weight from our shoulders.
Please bring plenty of blankets and cushions to rest on for comfort.
