A Sound Journey offers a healing process that can quiet your mind and, at the same time, help relax your body! It is a most wonderful and joyful experience to simply lie back and be healed by the wizardry of the interwoven sound vibrations! Gail's presentation will be beautifully complemented and enhanced by Susie Verran.
A Sound Journey is essentially a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and a variety of other, often unusual, sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie on the floor and allow the waves of sound to flow over, embrace and permeate them.
At the event, ensure that you make yourself comfortable! Ideally, please bring something soft, supportive and snug to lie on including a head support and also something warm to cover you. To enhance your experience, you may also wish to bring an eye mask to help block out the light.
