Our Sound Journey sessions offer a space to rest, release, and reconnect. Using the resonance of gongs and crystal bowls, we invite you to experience deep relaxation, energetic realignment, and a return to inner harmony. - Let the frequencies guide you into meditative states.

We do ask that all who join us come with the intention to co-create a respectful and supportive space.
