The British Broadcasting Company Ltd (BBC) was formed in 1922 on October 18th. Coincidentally, it is on the BBC’s 104th anniversary that Gail Stewart will present her next Sound Journey at Pontcanna encompassing a programme of carefully and expertly blended array of uplifting sounds. You are invited to join us to benefit from the magic of Gail’s performance - and to make it even better there is no hefty licence fee - just the usual £10 entrance cost!
Gail is an experienced, respected and very popular Sound Journey facilitator. A Sound Journey offers a healing process that can quiet your mind and, at the same time, help relax your body! It is a most wonderful and joyful experience to simply lie back and be healed by the wizardry of the interwoven sound vibrations!
A Sound Journey is essentially a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and a variety of other, often unusual, sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie on the floor and allow the waves of sound to flow over, embrace and permeate them.
At the event, ensure that you make yourself comfortable! Ideally, please bring something soft, supportive and snug to lie on including a head support and also something warm to cover you. To enhance your experience, you may also wish to bring your own eye mask to help block out the light.
The cost is £10 cash on arrival and advance booking is essential. To book or if you have any queries, please ring or text Gail Stewart on 07726 360584 or email her at [email protected] Free parking is available on site.
We look forward to being with and sharing the benefits of this Sound Journey with you. Thank you.
