Go down the stairs infront of you, the studio is at the bottom of the stairs on the right.

Set up your space: don't forget to see below what you need to bring with you for the most esqusite sonic journey.

Set Intentions for the Sound Immersion, there will be a pen, paper to write down your intentions before the session & draw string bag to put your intention into to amplify the focused energy for the session.

Duration of the Sound Immersion: 60 mins

You will lie down flat on your yoga mat, covered with your blanket with your eyes closed for the hour, as you are taken on a sonic meditative journey. I use various soothing tones and vibrations throughout the hour including

2 x gongs made in a cave in Italy with unique frequencies

1 x Paste Gong

Alchemy & Crystal Singing Bowls

Chimes

Drumming

I walk around using some instruments for a 360 sonic immersion experience whilst you bathe in the exquisite sonic frequency of Sound Immersion

After: 15 mins to pack away, herbal tea and card pull.

Aftercare advice will be given at the end and emailed to you.
