Life can leave us feeling out of tune—physically, emotionally, and energetically. That’s where Tune-Up Tuesday comes in, offering a chance to reset and realign through the power of sound healing. This midweek session is designed to help you release stress, rebalance your energy, and step into the rest of your week feeling renewed and uplifted.
Using the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments, Tune-Up Tuesday creates a symphony of sound that resonates deeply with your body and mind. These frequencies gently clear energetic blockages, recalibrate your nervous system and bring you back into harmony with yourself.
All you need to do is show up, lay back, and let the sounds wash over you. It’s the perfect opportunity to take a pause, relax, and reconnect with your inner rhythm—so you can move forward feeling balanced, empowered, and refreshed. Tune in and let the transformation begin!
What to Bring & Guidelines:
- This is ON-TIME EVENT, PLEASE SHOW UP 15/20 MINUTES EARLY TO GET SETTLED IN- the Event starts promptly at 2:00 PM
- Everyone will be in a zero-gravity chair unless you request a yoga mat.
- Due to a waitlist: No- call - No-shows and same day cancellation, no refund & no credit.
- Refunds are no longer provided unless host cancels the event
- Please bring a pillow and blanket; if you don’t have them, we’ll provide them for you.
- Upon arrival, kindly use the restrooms and turn off your phones.
- Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes.
