Sound Healing Sunday — November 1st🎵 Theme: The Frequency of Gratitude
💛 Hosted by Heart & Sound Collective
Join us for our first Sound Healing Sunday!✨ Today will be centered around the Frequency of Gratitude — we will soften into the present moment, and honor all that has carried us through this season.
Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything is perfect. It’s about noticing the little sparks of beauty that exist even when things are not going as well as we have planned.
