Drop into profound relaxation and raise your frequency with the gentle vibrations of cosmic sound.
This is a “next level” sound bath sensory experience.
This session combines a sound bath with on-body sound massage. You will first be guided through a grounding sound journey, leading you into deep relaxation before I quietly move around to each person, carefully placing the therapeutic-grade singing bowls on your body and softly playing them. The bowls have a vibro-acoustic effect, which means you will hear the sounds and feel the vibrations in your body.
This event is designed to nurture and soothe your nervous system.
The number of guests in this group is limited to seven people to provide an intimate experience where you may be able to release and relax deeply.
Held in a private studio in St Kilda East (near Alma Rd), upon booking, the address will be sent to you via email. (You are welcome to arrive anytime from 6:20 pm to settle into your spot. The gate will be locked at 6:40 pm to avoid disruptions to the session).
Please avoid wearing perfume or fragrances to the session.
All mats, blankets and bolsters are provided.
