Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses specific acoustic vibrations and tones to promote deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
How Sound Healing Works
Vibrational Resonance: Sound waves travel through the air and interact with the body's water content and tissues, creating a cellular-level massage effect.
Brainwave Entrainment: Frequencies help shift the brain from active beta states into slower alpha, theta, or delta waves associated with deep rest and healing.
Passive Recovery: Unlike traditional meditation, sound healing requires no active mental effort, making it ideal for overstimulated or exhausted minds.
