An evening of sound, stillness, and embodied connection at Tree Tops Park.
Rooted in Release is an invitation to return to yourself through the healing resonance of sound, gentle somatic movement, and Reiki energy healing.
Through intentional movement, sound, and moments of rest, you are invited to listen inward, honor what is present, and make room for whatever is ready to emerge.
✨ What to expect:
- Somatic movement: Gentle, accessible movement to reconnect with your body and cultivate present-moment awareness.
- Sound healing: An immersive sound bath using sacred instruments to support relaxation, reflection, and rest.
- Reiki: A gentle energy healing offering to complement your experience of stillness and reconnection.
- Grounding and reflection: Space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
✨ What to bring:
✦ A yoga mat or comfortable blanket
✦ Water
✦ Eyemask, journal (optional)
✦An open heart and curious spirit
✦ Anything else that helps you feel supported while resting outdoors
*No prior experience with meditation, somatic movement, or sound healing is needed. All movement is invitational, and you are encouraged to honor your own pace, needs, and boundaries throughout the experience.
