When there is a full moon, we release. We let go of the things in our life that are holding us back, old patterns, behaviours, beliefs. Working with gentle sound you are invited to switch off, rest and release in a deeply restorative sound bath meditation in an intimate group in South Yarra.
The beautiful light filled Gable Room is located in South Yarra Parish on Fitzgerald Street. (Just down the side street from Rustica Cafe, Brandy Melville & Glassons).
I will be playing a combination of my quartz crystal bowls, Peter Hess cosmic bowls, gong and chimes combined with some of my field recordings of birds and nature gathered from around Melbourne in a soothing soundscape relating to the heart space.
The doors open at 2:50pm and will be locked at 3:10pm so you are welcome to arrive early to settle into your spot. You have the option to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow and register at this ticket price or if you have been out shopping for the day and do not want to carry anything, I can bring you a mat, blanket, head pillow and eye pillow for an additional $15.
