Join Amrita and Ben for an immersive 90-minute journey through breath, meditation and live sound.
Step away from the demands of everyday life and enter a peaceful space where you can slow down, reconnect and simply be.
Amrita will guide you through conscious breathing and meditation, while Ben creates an evolving soundscape with overtone singing, Tibetan singing bowls and live acoustic instruments.
Together, they weave breath, vibration and stillness into a shared experience designed to encourage relaxation, presence and inner awareness.
No previous meditation or sound-healing experience is necessary. Simply come as you are.

Amrita combines breathwork, meditation and sound to create a supportive space for relaxation and self-awareness. Her gentle guidance invites participants to slow down, breathe consciously and reconnect with themselves.

Sound Healing Practitioner | Overtone Singer | Multi-Instrumentalist
Ben Klang is an overtone singer and multi-instrumentalist with a background in music and bodywork. Through Tibetan singing bowls, overtone singing and live acoustic instruments, he creates immersive sound journeys that explore the relationship between sound, vibration and relaxation.
Together, Amrita and Ben bring their individual approaches into one shared journey through breath, meditation and live sound.
