Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations and let go of any negativity or blockages. This session is perfect for anyone looking to realign their mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat and all that you need to be comfortable. ( pillow, blanket, eye mask )
This session is donation based.
