Nina will guide you into deep relaxation through guided meditation and various sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, and rainsticks. Beginner-friendly.. all are welcome to enjoy this 30-minute experience. Sunday, Nov. 8th at 7pm
You are welcome to bring your own mats, but we do have some in the studio you can use.
