Dress comfortably in loose clothing. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, pillow and blankets to create a cozy nest to deeply receive and restore. There are some blankets and pillows available at the Collective Space.
We will share intentions and connect in a sacred field of energy, attuning our nervous systems and receive a deeply transformative sound transmission.
Theda Phoenix has been facilitating intuitive sound journey meditation experiences with Crystal Singing Bowls for 15 years. She has several albums and has sung at events with Dr Deepak Chopra and Dr Joe Dispennza.
