As the holidays quickly approach, join us for a calm, cozy evening. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you release anything you don’t need to carry into class, followed by a healing sound bath with crystal sound bowls, drums, and other healing sound instruments.
Come Get Comfortable
Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfy. Feel free to wear cozy Halloween pajamas, and bring a mat, blankets, a pillow, or any item that will help you feel extra comfortable.
