Step out of the autumn chill and into a candlelit sanctuary for an intimate evening of deep cosmic rest, sacred sound, and intentional renewal.
On this day a rare alignment of four planets begins to light up the cosmos, we gather to harness this powerful energy of growth and manifestation.
What to expect:
• Vocal Awakening: We will begin the evening by opening our hearts and throat chakras, chanting together alongside the drone of the sacred Shrutibox.
• Tibetan Bowl Journey: You will then lie back, get incredibly cozy, and be washed over by the ancient, grounding frequencies of the Tibetan singing bowls.
• Integration & Tea: We will close the evening with a few minutes of reflection and some warming tea to ground before you head home.
What to bring:
Please bring an eye mask if you like to practice in total darkness. Yoga mats, plush blankets, and pillows will be fully provided to ensure you are completely comfortable.
