Jono uses an array of sound healing instruments from various cultures across the globe to serenade you into an immersive sound healing journey that will help to soothe your mind, body, and soul, thus helping you to relieve any stress or anxiety that you may be carrying. Sound healing has also been shown to help improve the quality of your sleep!

What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, eye mask, and anything else that you think you may need to enjoy the experience.
