Join us for a 45 minute sound mediation and let the vibrations relax you and melt the stress away preparing you for a good night's rest. Enjoy the sounds of the crystal singing bowls as you drift in and out of a meditative state allowing your body to balance and heal.
Reservations are required and space is limited.
If you have a private group of 6 or fewer and want to inquire about a session in our space on a different day or time, please send us a note at [email protected] to coordinate a healing session at your convenience.
